What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Flexible - 24 Hours

Credit/Debit card details will be required to secure your reservation.

No payment will be taken until arrival or in the event of non-arrival
You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time up to 2pm the day before arrival (24 hours prior to arrival)
Payment for you package is due on arrival at the hotel
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation the full amount of the booking is chargeable

25% Deposit

A non refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 7 days before arrival.
Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, if we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
Travel insurance is recommended

Package Deposit - 30 Days

A non refundable £300 deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 2pm 30 days days before arrival.
Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will sacrifice the full deposit. If we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
The remaining package balance is due for payment on check in. Any extras accumulated during the stay are due on check out.

£100 Deposit - 7 Days

£100 deposit will be taken upon booking:

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, if we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.

Full Pre-Payment

Full pre-payment will be taken upon booking:

Once booked it cannot be refunded
Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Modifying your reservation may incur additional charges.

1 Night Deposit

A non refundable 1 night deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Terms & Condtitions

Offer valid for stays of two or more consecutive nights arriving Sunday to Thursday throughout April and May.
Excludes Easter weekend and Bank Holiday weekends.
Package includes a two-course dinner per person each evening from our à la carte menu. Supplements may apply to certain dishes; sides are charged separately.
Drinks at dinner are not included in the package price.
Offer is subject to availability and must be booked under the Spring Saver rate.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
