A non refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

• Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
• All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
• The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 7 days before arrival.
• Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, if we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.

• The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 2pm 30 days days before arrival.
• Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will sacrifice the full deposit. If we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
• The remaining package balance is due for payment on check in. Any extras accumulated during the stay are due on check out.
