🎶 Lytham Festival 2025 – What a Showstopper of a Weekend!

Lytham Festival 2025 will go down as one of the most memorable years to date and what a celebration it was. With global icons like Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake and Simple Minds lighting up the stage, it was a week to remember here on the Fylde Coast.

Despite a few unexpected weather setbacks (and the unfortunate cancellation of Alanis Morissette's set on Friday), the spirit of the festival never wavered and as always, Lytham rallied together to keep the music alive.

🎤 A True Community Festival

When Friday’s show was sadly cancelled due to high winds, the Lytham community didn’t miss a beat. Local venues like Deacon stepped in, hosting live music, Alanis tributes, and helping festival-goers keep the party going. We don’t know the name of the talented artists who wowed the crowd with Alanis covers but they certainly deserve a round of applause, as do the staff who managed a very mixed crowd of both disappointed and determined guests.

🌟 Stevie Wonder – An Unforgettable Opening Night

Opening night on the Green was a powerful one, with Stevie Wonder drawing crowds in their thousands. We were proud to welcome a full house at The Grand Hotel St Annes, including some famous faces checking in to enjoy the festivities. There was something magical about seeing the Green come to life, a sea of smiling faces, dancing shoes and shared love for music.

With dry skies and sun peeking through, guests soaked up every moment from gourmet street food and cold beers to champagne bars and sweet treats from our dear friends at Beurre Patisserie. General Admission crowds couldn’t get enough of Spud Bros, while VIP guests enjoyed luxury loos, patisserie snacks, on site catering and prime views.

💃 Justin Timberlake Brings the Heat

After Friday’s cancellation, excitement soared for Saturday night’s headline performance by Justin Timberlake and he did not disappoint. With a flawless mix of nostalgic hits and fresh new tracks, the ‘Suit & Tie’ singer had the crowd on their feet from start to finish. The skies were clear, the mood electric and Jess Glynne's incredible support act including her unexpected performance of the Jet2 jingle got everyone in the holiday mood!

Our VIP guests at the Green were treated to an unbeatable view of the main stage with cocktails in hand and memories being made.

☀️ Alfresco Vibes at The Grand Hotel

We were blessed with sunny weather right through the weekend, and The Grand Hotel’s terrace became the perfect pre-festival gathering spot. Guests enjoyed alfresco lunches, signature cocktails and fine wines as they geared up for the night ahead whether walking, bussing or catching taxis into Lytham.

Thank you to all our wonderful guests who stayed with us over the weekend, we loved having you here. The laughter, the music, the late-night chats in the bar... it’s what Lytham Festival is all about.
