The safety and well-being of our team and guests is of our upmost priority and for this reason, it was with the heaviest of hearts that we are announced a halt on all operations at The Grand Hotel and Grand at Grasmere from Sunday 22nd March 2020.
As a family run business with over 80 years experience, nothing could have prepared us for the emotional and financial rollercoaster that we have experienced over the last couple of months. We will however come through this stronger.
Following the latest government guidance we plan to re-open our doors on 4th July 2020. We have been busy planning new procedures and operations to ensure we are 'Covid Safe' and will be updating our website shortly with more details on this.
Unfortunately we are still unable to man our telephones, so please refrain from calling us. We are responding to emails and new bookings can all be made online through our website.
We hope that in the not too distant future, our doors will be open again with our dedicated team will be ready and waiting for you.
